    Pledge one of the following levels of donations

    I pledge $25.00 or more towards the 25th anniversary fundraising campaign. You will receive acknowledgement of my gift in the 2007 NBDA conference program book.

    I pledge $250.00 or more towards the 25th anniversary fundraising campaign. You will receive recognition on the NBDA website.


    I pledge $2,500.00 or more towards the 25th anniversary fundraising campaign. You will receive one NBDA lifetime membership and stage recognition at the 2007 NBDA conference banquet.
