The National Black Deaf Advocates invites all businesses, non-profit organizations, private sectors, any entities, and individuals to place ads in the 2023 NBDA Conference Program Book. The conference theme is Reconnecting to Thrive Together: Reconnect, Recharge, Thrive!
Your programs, products and/ or services ads in the conference program book will attract an estimated 500 diverse deaf, hard of hearing, deafblind and hearing who are conference attendees, volunteers, and visitors including profeessionals, educators, parents, activists, CODAs, high school and college students, service providers, interpreters, allies, and more.
All ads must be camera-ready in black and white or color. Ads must be submitted in the appropriate formats, PDF, JPEG or TIFF. The deadline to purchase advertisment is June 30, 2023 in order to prepare for final printing in advance of the conference.
The cost varies depending on the size and color or black & white:
W = Width
H = Height
- Full Page Color Ad (7.5” W x 10” H) – $200.00
- Full Page Black & White Ad (7.5” W x 10” H) – $160.00
- Half Page Color Ad (7.5” W x 4.75” H) – $100
- Half Page Black & White Ad (7.5” W x 4.75” H) – $80
