We invite you to become a sponsor for the 30th NBDA National Conference, which will be held on August 8-13, 2023 at Sheraton Birmingham Hotel in Birmingham, Alabama. There are various sponsorship levels to meet your individual and/or organizations’ capacity. Every dollar matters so we thank you for your giving!
The conference also coincides with the Collegiate Black Deaf Student Leadership Institute and Youth Empowerment Summit (Y.E.S!) as the nation’s only summer leadership camp for Black Deaf youths.
The conference offers multiple sponsorship options that yield two important outcomes—marketing and promoting programs or services for your organization and providing tangible support for the conference programs. We anticipate a diverse group of Deaf, hard-of-hearing, hearing, educators, parents, activists, senior citizens, CODAs, high school and college students, service providers, interpreters, allies and other interested individuals. Your support will help defray conference costs and made NBDA a better conference experience for all attendees.

PREMIER PARTNER/DIAMOND LEVEL SPONSORSHIP – $20,000.00
This Sponsorship level will receive the following benefits and recognition as a Premier Sponsor (topmost sponsor):
- One of the exclusive partners of the conference with a table booth situated inside the Conference Events* and platform to address sponsor’s programs and services during the Conference Events
- Sponsor’s Web or TV commercial ad play on large screen at the Evening of Entertainment Night and Conference Banquet & Awards
- Four (4) Full Complimentary VIP Conference Registrations. Additional non-complimentary registration at $185 per person

- This Sponsorship category ensure equal access to NBDA Conference sessions, workshops, events, information, resources, services and meetings (e.g., ASL interpreters, live captions, large print) and media production (Photo/Videography).
- Two (2) Full Complimentary VIP Conference Registrations. Additional non-complimentary registration at $185 per person
