In this workshop series, attendees will learn to describe the history of Deaf Interpreters, engage in different communication modes, recognize the diversity of the Deaf and DeafBlind communities, articulate the importance of ethical decision-making, demonstrate understanding of interpreting processes, and practice team interpreting.

Bradley Christlieb has been a CDI since 2012. He is a full-time project specialist and scheduler for Mid-Atlantic Interpreting Group, Inc. (MAIG). He aspires to provide quality training to both Deaf and
hearing interpreters, and also to introduce prospective Deaf to the interpreting profession. Bradley provides consultation on language, interpreting, and assessment to local school districts, social
