Collegiate Black Deaf Student Leadership Institute (CBDSLI) Program provides tools for the minority college students with the leadership training development, educational workshops,activities, forum, and educational field trips. The purpose of CBDSLI is to develop and practice leadership skills to prepare the next generation of Black Deaf and Hard of Hearing (HOH) leaders to serve in diverse deaf & world communities. The 2023 CBDSLI Program will be held in coincide with the 2023 NBDA Conference.
