Former NBDA Board Member Honored for Extraordinary Contribution to Advocacy

Donald Tinsley, Sr., former NBDA Treasurer (2000-'02), received the 2012 Distinguished Leadership Award for his extraordinary contribution to advocacy. The award was presented by the Indiana Governor's Council for People with Disabilities. Donald is a veteran community advocate.
