Advertising Opportunities

All businesses, non-profit organizations, private sectors, and individuals are welcome to place the advertisement (ad) in the 2019 NBDA Conference Program Book. Our conference program book helps the business to gain the exposure of your business/program, products, and services by attracting the diverse of deaf, hard of hearing, and hearing conference attendees and volunteers that contains the visitors who are educators, parents, activists, CODAs, high school and college students, service providers, interpreters, allies, and more.

All ads must be camera-ready in black and white or color.  Ads must be submitted in the appropriate formats, PDF, JPEG or TIFF. Ads must be sent to the conference chairperson at conf.chairperson@nbda.org by June 30, 2019 in order to prepare the printing for the conference.

The cost varies depending on the size of the ad and where it will be placed within in the program book:

  • Quarter Page (3.5” W x 4.75” H) - $50.00
  • Half Page (7.5” wide x 4.75” high) - $85.00
  • Full Page (7.5” W x 10” H) - $175.00
