Over its 40 years history, the NBDA National Conference has been the premier gathering for Black Deaf, DeafBlind, DeafDisabled, Hard of Hearing, and Late Deafened; and Deaf People of Color as well as Deaf community at large. The 5-day conference provides exhibitors the opportunity to share ideas, products and services to unique needs of the Black Deaf Community and Deaf community at large.
NBDA is pleased to offer exhibit opportunities for your company and business to display products and services open to public and registered conference attendees. We anticipate a diverse of 500 conference attendees and visitors who are Deaf, hard-of-hearing, hearing, educators, parents, activists, CODAs, youth, service providers, interpreters, allies and other interested individuals.
The 30th NBDA National Conference will be held at Sheraton Birmingham Hotel (2101 Richard Arrington Jr Blvd N, Birmingham, AL 35203) in Birmingham, Alabama from Tuesday, August 8, 2023 through Sunday, August 13, 2023. We are expecting the exhibitors to come on Tuesday, August 8th to prepare and decorate the booth to get it set before the exhibit begins on Wednesday, August 9th through Saturday, August 12th. Exhibit Location
The location of the conference exhibit is forthcoming. The “map” will be provided prior your arrival so you can locate your assigned exhibit space.
Installation/Set-Up Hours
The exhibit hall will be open for installation/set-up of your booth space on Tuesday, August 8, 2023 from 12pm to 5pm.
Exhibit Hours
Wednesday August 9, 2023 – 9am – 5pm
Thursday August 10, 2023 – 9am – 5pm
Friday August 11, 2023 – 9am – 5pm
Saturday August 12, 2023 – 9am – 12pm
Clean Up Hours
You must unsettle down and clear your table booth right after the exhibit hours on Saturday, August 12th from 12pm through 4pm.
